At your lease signing we'll go over every aspect of renting from CRMC including: rent payments, occupancy, liability, cleaning, utilities, appliances, condition of the property, maintenance, repairs, painting, lawn care, snow removal, trash removal, smoke detectors/alarms, city codes/violations, pets, use of premise, parking, locks, and any provisions that are made. We'll go over what you can expect from us, what we expect from our tenants, and what the City of East Lansing expects from both of us. CRMC's maintenance department is 2nd to none! Both CRMC maintenance supervisors have degrees in building construction management along with being licensed builders. They have over 37 years of combined experience in the building, maintenance and construction fields. With that type of experience there isn't a maintenance issue that could arise that the two of them haven't dealt with before.
Our maintenance staff consists of 14 full-time and 6 part-time employees who are available to respond to any maintenance request that may arise during your stay with us. CRMC also offers, for your convenience a 24-hour 7 day a week emergency maintenance service policy, so you can rest assured that we will be there no matter when a problem may arise. CRMC will be there for you!
